XIXO soft drinks are produced at the company’s Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén County bottling plant equipped with unparalleled German manufacturing technology and with the strictest possible adherence to FSSC 22000 food safety regulations. The plant, which today consists of 4 CAN and 1 PET filling lines, performs notably even on a European scale. The PET bottling line with a daily capacity of 360 000 bottles, has had, as a result of large-scale investment in 2018, lengthy development processes and a 1 year test period, a new refrigeration system, an automatic carbonator, and new blower molds installed in order to make sure only perfect beverages that stay carbonated for a long time make their way into the design bottles. The factory complex fills a total of 7 million aluminum cans daily, the cans come from the can manufacturing plant QUALITY PACK opened in 2017 and also owned by the company. The 42 000 square meter plant produces 1,5 billion 250 ml aluminum beverage cans and can tops per year for which they use 100% recycled materials. After the factory was built, the company could now safely say that their products are made completely independently without the use of any external resources. Thanks to the well-coordinated work processes, in 2019, the bottling plant and can factory, owned by HELL ENERGY Magyarország Kft. and the producer of XIXO soft drinks won in the category of Most Efficient Production Support at the Factory of the Year Awards.
XIXO'S refreshing flavor is ensured by excellent quality ingredients, sugar, and apart from tap water, crystal clear water provided by 6 deep wells located on the factory premises. The energy drink production process is supervised by highly-trained professionals taking special care to ensure that only products of flawless quality make it to the shelves and the consumers. Every second of the production process happens according to a strict set of regulations. The system can react and optimize the production mechanism on its own if it perceives a glitch at any point.
Transportation of the company’s products is carried out with the cooperation of BHS Trans Kft. and the incredible amounts of energy and soft drinks are stored in the completely automated high bay warehouse opened in the spring of 2019.
